This program is a half-day seminar that counteracts bullying, self esteem issues, social media bullying and risk taking behaviors. Bernie shares her story and runs a second session about pre decision-making strategies. This teaches teenagers how to think, not what to think. The program also includes journaling and discussion. Since its national beginnings in 2007 Tasmania has seen a 20% reduction in teen fertility rates according to ABS data (2010) this seminar is one of the contributing factors.
