- Lead power procurement activities in main US markets (e.g. ERCOT, PJM) from origination to the full closing of the power arrangments (e.g. PPA, JV)- Actively manage all power-related aspects of Cipher's portfolio: relationships with power providers & market regulators, volumes & price forecasting, pricing optimization initiatives & hedging strategies, power and ancillary services trading- Secure project financing with equity and debt providers for the deployment of new assets
