-Managed CTA’s thematic index partnership with Nasdaq and oversaw the strategy for CTA’s portfolio of 15 thematic indexes, whose performance captures about $16 billion in average daily net assets from 20 exchange-traded funds (ETFs).-Tripled CTA’s thematic index portfolio and expanded its developmental index pipeline by leading construction of new indexes for themes such as emerging market internet & e-commerce, digital health, video gaming, and others.-Secured the launch of 10 new ETFs based on CTA-Nasdaq indexes, raising CTA’s annual recurring revenue from the partnership by a factor of 10 in less than 2 years since onboarding.-Built new standard operating procedures to align the CTA-Nasdaq project with global regulatory standards for first time in the project’s 11-year history and built/managed a team of 8 analysts to support more in-depth thematic research and analysis.-Managed ETF client relationships, providing subject matter expertise to global ETF clients such as First Trust, Global X ETFs, WisdomTree and Betashares, appearing on investor webinars/calls to educate prospective investors on thematic index technologies and trends.-Forecasted revenues for various technology categories including headphones, smart homes, audio/video streaming, and OEM automotive for CTA’s semi-annual industry forecast.-Wrote thought leadership pieces and presented at forums such as the annual CES trade show and Nasdaq-sponsored webinars on emerging technologies including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, content streaming and fintech.
