The team consists of experts in the field of deep learning technology who analyze the basic forces in different markets and can thereby predict future dynamic demand. The headquarter is located in Israel, business development is performed also from our US FL. site, and the software engineering development center is performed from our two sites in Poland. As CFO, my role is to build a strong foundation for the company's business growth, manage the financial and legal aspects, and develop and guide the company's long-term strategy to control and revolutionize the market. My work focuses, among other things, on shareholder and investor relationships and reporting, active participation in board meetings, raising capital and debt funding, managing the due diligence process, preparing and maintaining cash flow, monitoring budget vs. actual spending, business planning, and forecasting. In addition, I support global operations and I established an R&D center subsidiary in Poland and business development subsidiary in USA, which includes preparing a European R&D grant application. I work with banks, customers, and suppliers, oversee the month-end closing process, establish SaaS and EaaS pricing methods, define/supervise ROI processes, prepare financial statements (U.S. GAAP), supervise ESOP management, implement and monitor risk management policies, and handle employee-employer legal compliance and HR support, as well as managing all worldwide tax, legal, and corporate compliance work.
