Free The Period

Free The Period is a student-led campaign and coalition fighting to end period poverty, or the systemic lack of access to menstrual healthcare, by securing access to menstrual products in all California K-12, college, and university institutions. Our work is driven by the lived experiences of those in our communities. We are dedicated to serving, advocating for, and educating student communities on issues of menstrual health and menstrual product access. We envision a future where safe, sustainable menstrual products are just as available as toilet paper. We strive to work towards a future where all menstruators have the same access to dignity, opportunity, and success as non-menstruators. This is why we #FreeThePeriod.
