- Full-cycle recruiting, including cold outreach, screening, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding as needed.- Collaborate with the Head of Recruiting to write job descriptions.- Work with hiring managers to find the ideal candidate.- Work with hiring managers to develop interview processes.- Ensure candidates move through pipelines smoothly and support candidates during the interviewing and onboarding.
