Sometimes my focus might be on challenging and specialised Engineering roles for our EU team, and at other times I might help Onna scale our quickly growing Sales org in the US. My understanding of our hiring needs, challenges, and business objectives will contribute to strong, trusting partnerships with our hiring managers.In this role I am having the opportunity to be a key influence on how we do what we do. I am also build sourcing strategies to ensure strong pipelines for our critical and evergreen roles.Sourcing is one of my strongest skills. and I know how to build strategic and tactical sourcing plans for the company.
