Joined Talend in 2019 to transform the digital organisation and revamp all programs and operations to bring it back to a growth engine for the company. Responsibilities and successes seen to date: • Team leadership, I lead 3 functions within digital with a total of 30 people - digital acquisition, marketing operations and web engineering and product. Established a strong digital leadership bench and implemented clear KPI focuses for all teams• Own a 110M+ pipeline number for the company globally and digital is now the largest contributing group for pipeline• Focused on operational overhaul to improve critical business including revamping all marketing operations processes to support a SDR reorganisation resulting in +30% increase in pipeline with no additional budget or MQL volume • Completed a website tech stack replacement and redesign in under 10 months building a scalable and modern infrastructure that will allow the company to scale into new markets
