I build robots that automate the supply chain at Udaan. I am currently building an autonomous ground vehicle that can navigate itself in a warehouse and can pick/put racks on its own. This automation is aimed to make Udaan’s warehouses smart and efficient.I also hold the entire responsibility, from development to maintenance, for another product that my team built, which is installed on top of conveyor belts in the warehouse. The product automatically calculates the volume of consignments that are put on conveyor belts by segmenting out the actual consignment from the gunny bag it was put in. The calculated volume is used to adjust the pricing of the product and this automation is aimed to make the supply chain at Udaan faster.Tech stack: Robotics, ROS, Gazebo, Python, PyTorch
