• HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER: HRBP for 2 Businesses (Powertech & Vigipay): Contributing to the development of business vision and strategy and translating them into actionable value-added goals and initiatives that improves performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement• STRATEGIC RECRUITMENT LEAD: Lead the talent sourcing, recruitment process, assessment, selection and hiring of over 100 employees (Engineering role, Business roles and Managers) with key focus on process improvement, financial waste reduction, and improve the overall experience of both hiring managers and candidates.• EMPLOYEE CONFIRMATION: This is to ensure that all new hire undergo a transparent confirmation process for a 3-month duration by:• Creating a preconfirmation OKR tracker where we track status of all their deliverables.• Ensure new hires have a clearly defined and measurable key result to be achieved during the 3-months probationary period.• Ensure new hires have a monthly check-in session with their line managers to track their performance and also have a monthly check in with the people Ops team to confirm how well they have settled in and help tackle any challenge faced before their confirmation date.• ADMINSTRATIVE HEAD: Leading the Administrative department and its staff; oversee the daily workflow of the department and provide effective administrative and logistics support to Staff; including transportation, accommodation, flight reservation, visa processing and venue support as required
