Its main aim is to take the lead in fitting the correct solution from a variety of Veriff's product verticals to each of Veriff's prospective clients in order to deliver the correct path forward to solve Veriff's prospects' problems. The function utilizes deep technical and strategic product knowledge, leverages it's client-facing position in the company to assist in sales and account management. In addition the team collects and distributes valuable market insights which guide strategic product development that help keep Veriff at the forefront of innovation in the industry.In my role as the Head of Solutions Engineering I guide and develop the Solution Engineering function within Veriff as well as lead a team of Solution Engineers. I have built a team form scratch that Veriff utilizes as a competitive advantage on the market in order to close new business, maintain existing accounts and to gather insight into product development with the aim of being the best solution on the market. As such Veriff's Solution Engineering and Revenue teams have redefined the way that Identity Verification products are sold and how existing clients are kept happy.
